April 15: the date that terrorizes many a procrastinator.  Although many try to evade taxes (think Pete Rose and Nicolas Cage), they are, like death, are inescapable. The deadline hasn’t changed since 1955, yet an estimated 28% of filers wait until the last two weeks to do the deed. What would you call this tax-related procrastination?
