TV Dinners, Meet Dinner TV: Naming Social Eating

Does the prospect of watching food going into other people’s mouths in real time sound fun? Well, the internet has come through for us again — streaming oneself online while eating is trending. This new form of social eating may have originated in South Korea, where it is known as mukbang (from the words for eating and broadcast), but Americans are proving they have an appetite for it too. Twitch streamers can put on dinner and a show for their online audiences.

So… telly up? PopNamers, do what you do best and serve us some new names for watching people eat on live video.
