The Pickleball Boom: Naming the annoying noise caused by hitting Pickleballs

Pwock! Pwock! Pwock! This has become the sound of summer in America. Pickleball. A game where tennis meets ping pong, has been a dill-light to people of all ages. However, to some the noise has been so jarring and referred to as the most annoying sound ever. Sour neighbors are serving up lawsuits and Facebook groups and communities have been formed. People are signing petitions to put a stop to the game that’s been bringing people together since the pandemic started.

You’re in the game now, PopNamers. Tell us what you would name the pickleball pwock sound that seems to be driving everyone insane.
