The race for space is back on… for space tourism at least. However, there was one last question – How do the winners toast the moment? Without a fizzy drink, let alone the ability to pour liquids, ideas were falling flat. In zero gravity space, drinking a celebratory glass of bubbly is just not possible. Until now that is.
