Gridiron Gridlock: Renaming the Washington Redskins

In the debate over whether to rename the Washington Redskins, neither side appears willing to give an inch, much less a yard.  However, signs indicate that sooner or later the team will have to pull a Chad Johnson and change its name.  On top of mounting pressure from Native American leaders and members of Congress, the USPTO recently rejected several trademark applications containing the word “Redskins” on the grounds that the word is derogatory.  However, it is hard to envision renaming the 84-year-old NFL team without knowing what name could take its place.  PopNamers, could you tackle the task?  What new moniker could be painted over “Redskins” on the Washington gridiron?
